SHINee Jonghyun Releases 2 Self-Composed Songs on August 8

Group SHINee member Jonghyun released two of his self-composed songs on August 8.

SHINee released two of their new songs, “Selene 6.23″ and “Better Off” on August 8 and received global attention from fans.

Their song, “Selene 6.23″ features the members deep and emotional vocals along with orchestra and piano sounds.

“Better Off” is a medium tempo pop ballad that portrays the hurt of a break up in a beautiful way.

These two songs will be included in SHINee’s compilation album , The misconceptions of us, and will be released on August 8 online and offline.

Their agency hopes that this compilation album will be another way for SHINee to interact and communicate with their fans through music.

On the other hand, SHINee will be starting their Japan Arena tour on August 17.

SHINee’s agency, SM Entertainment, announced on August 8 that the group’s combined version of the third studio album will be released at noon on various domestic online music sites. The new volume contains two new songs, “Our Street (Selene 6.23)” and “Better Off,” which were written by Jong Hyun, a member of the group. “Our Street (Selene 6.23)” is an emotional ballad. The members’ voices are well matched with the orchestration and piano accompaniment. In the lyrics, the moon serves as a metaphor for a man’s unrequited love for a woman...
