SHINee, who recently revealed news of a new Japanese album, have been holding several surprise concerts as a way to celebrate the new release.

On August 14, it was revealed that SHINee had held surprise concerts for their fans in three locations, Tokyo Yomiuri Land, Akasaka Event Hall and Shinjuku Plaza.

This was their first surprise concerts as their previous one in 2011 was canceled due to safety issues.

SHINee stated that they were so excited to be able to meet their fans. They also liked singing by the pool as it was a new experience.

8,000 lucky fans were able to see SHINee perform their new song, “Boys Meet U,” that will be released on August 21.

This is their 8th Japanese single album and will perform in Kobe this weekend.
