Actor Kim Beom departed from the Incheon International Airport to China on the 15th to film the movie “Detective Dee and the Rise of the Sea Dragon” directed by Tsui Hark.

Tsui Hark is a familiar name to Korea. He’s successfully created movies like “A Chinese Ghost Story”, “Once Upon A Time In China” and “Swordsman”.

Kim Beom takes on the role of a character who holds the key to the case along with Angelababy.

Meanwhile, “Detective Dee and the Rise of the Sea Dragon” is a mystery action movie about defeating an unknown sea creature, created in 3D. To be released in China on the 28th of September.
