Holy shiz!
Teresa Giudice's castmates on Real Housewives of New Jersey have often accused her of being fake, but now it seems the LAW is accusing her of the same!
Her juicy beefcake of a hubby, Joe Giudice, has been in hot water with legal issues for some time now, but he's no longer alone. Both reality TV divas have JUST been hit with 39 counts that include conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud and tax evasion!
This shiz is far from minor because they could now be facing over 50 years in prison if convicted! And we're pretty sure prison doesn't supply you with meatball and wine making ingredients either, so they'll be screwed.
U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced the charges today claiming the two have been defrauding banks and the IRS from 2001-2008. Not only are they being accused of illegally obtaining mortgages, but they're also accused of intentionally overestimating their incomes to get more money in their loans.
As far as the tax issue, Joe is accused of failing to file his income taxes over four years from 2004-2008!
Now we're not experts in all this legal shiz or anything, but we KNOW this is all bad, bad news.
But then again, maybe Bravo can get approval to film in prison? Real Prisoners of New Jersey, anyone??
The two will be in court tomorrow, so you better stay tuned!
