Okay, we know this isn't really goodbye because Caroline Manzo is going to be cooking up a pot of HIGHlarious family moments - and maybe pasta - on her new spin off, Manzo'd with Children…
…but Real Housewives of New Jersey won't be the same without our fave little lady who always laid down the law! Well, except when it came to the ham game. You can't mess with the ham game.
But Caroline is messing with the Real Housewives starting line up because she announced on the reunion show - and later online - that she couldn't stand Teresa Giudice's shizz anymore was moving on.
She wrote:
It's been wonderful guys. I've decided to leave #RHONJ this season was my last. Love and kisses to you all. xoxoxo

She also added in her blog:
"I practice what I preach, and as I said on the reunion, I'm done. I simply feel that my role has run its course and I have nothing more to give. I may be leaving Housewives, but my relationship with Bravo will continue as we started production on a pilot, Manzo'd with Children, which if goes to series promises to give the viewers a very different look into the world of the Manzo Family. We are having an absolute blast filming it, and I hope you all join us as we start our new chapter within the Bravo newtork. We didn't close the book, we just turned the page."
We might not like that Caroline is calling it quits with Housewives, but we guess we can totes understand her not wanting to film in jail with Tre. We kid, we kid!
We'll miss you, Caroline, but we can't wait to see what you cook up next!
