Elmo Puppeteer Kevin Clash's Molestation Suits Thrown Out Due To Statute Of Limitations!

It looks like he’s safe!

Kevin Clash — the man responsible for voicing Sesame Street favorite Elmo — has lucked out.

It is being reported that a judge of the New York federal courts has thrown out lawsuits filed against Kevin by Cecil Singleton, Kevin Kiadii, and a third individual on the basis that the cases exist outside the statute of limitations.

The three accusers had filed against Kevin, claiming that they had been molested as children by the Elmo puppeteer.

Though this doesn't prove that Kevin is innocent of the alleged crimes, we do hope that the accusations were, in fact, false.
