Uh, we think this might be a table-flipping-worthy issue!
In fact, it's totes more worthy of a table flip than finding out some Real Housewives of New Jersey lady is apparently a prostitution whore.
But Teresa Giudice is trying to stay cool as an Italian cucumber while facing 39 counts of fraud and tax evasion alongside her hubby.
While both are facing over 50 years in jail - also table-flipping-worthy - Joe Giudice is also facing deportation because he's an Italian citizen, NOT a U.S. citizen!
But fear not for Tre because girlfriend is ready to battle this just like she's battled her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, season after season! Her attorney, Henry E. Klingeman, revealed:
"She's been through a lot, as everybody who watches the show knows. [There have been] challenges, both personal and professional, and she deals with them in due course and she'll deal with this one … The family is handling themselves with great dignity, but it's very traumatic. And when you have four small girls, it's tough for everybody, including the girls."
This little legal sitch is certainly a much bigger issue than the fighting and family dramz they've been swamped in.
For realz, Perezcious readers, we're talking deportation out of Jersey! Would Tre pick up and move to Italy with him??
She does speak the language, but do they have enough spray tan over there for her?? And what about the show? Can Bravo make the Real Housewives of Rome happen?!
While you ponder the problems at hand, ch-ch-check out pics of the tax troubled twosome heading into court (below)!
