Girl’s Day Goes In For The Kiss In “Female President” Teaser

Girl’s Day weren’t kidding when they said their new single, “The Female President,” would be every bit as sexy as the stellar “Expectation.” The music video teaser for TFP looks like a trailer for a long-overdue Showgirls remake, with a small army of gyrating silhouettes and a near girl-on-girl kiss between Minah and Hyeri.

We should remind you that the whole almost kissing girl group members thing was already done by Brown Eyed Girls in “Abracadabra,” but that’s okay. “Expectation” had a bit of “Abracadabra” flavor to it (along with a bit of KARA’s “Mister” and “Lupin”), but Girl’s Day made it their own. It’s always good to see some of the greatest and most iconic K-pop singles of the past being referenced by the newer groups.
